Meine Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Landschaft als vergänglichem Raum, geprägt von Bewegung, Wandel und stiller Veränderung.

Ich arbeite hauptsächlich mit Aquarell und gelegentlich mit Acryl. Ich schätze besonders die Fließfähigkeit des Mediums und seine Fähigkeit, die fragile, sich ständig verändernde Natur des Lebens einzufangen. Farben verlaufen, lösen sich auf und formen sich neu, sodass sich das Bild auch intuitiv entwickelt, statt gesteuert zu werden.

Meine Gemälde fangen Momente von Ruhe und Intensität ein wie ein Atemzug in einer kalten Winterlandschaft, in der Schönheit nur kurz existiert und Raum für eigene Interpretationen lässt. Gleichzeitig spiegeln sie meine Wertschätzung für einfache, oft übersehene Landschaften wider, deren stille Wildheit Aufmerksamkeit, Achtsamkeit und Schutz verdient.

My work explores landscape as a transient space. Shaped by impermanence, movement and quiet transformation.

Working primarily with watercolor, and occasionally with acrylic, I am drawn to the medium’s fluidity and its ability to reflect the fragile, ever-changing nature of life. Colors bleed, dissolve and re-form, allowing the image to unfold intuitively rather than be controlled.

The paintings evoke moments of stillness and intensity, like a breath taken in a cold winter landscape, where beauty exists briefly and remains open to interpretation. At the same time, the work reflects a deep respect for simple, often overlooked landscapes, whose quiet wildness calls for attention, care and preservation.
